Problem Solved!   With the latest in test equipment and software, and 50 years combined experience in preventive and predictive maintenance services, we can get you where you want to be in reliability.  We use the following technologies to help our customers increase productivity and become more profitable!

  • Vibration Analysis (detailed analysis of specific machinery problems, with scheduled vibration routes to prevent machinery failures before they occur)
  • Motor Circuit Evaluation (MCE testing of the entire motor circuit.  Technology that dramatically improves motor life and can assess power quality issues)
  • Infrared Thermography (Finds high resistance connections, leakage to ground, and unbalanced phases in electrical systems.  Also used in many mechanical and process applications)
  • Laser Shaft Alignment (Increases bearing life, reduces coupling wear, and improves machine efficiency)
  • Field balancing (Fans, Chippers, Hammer Mills, Hogs, Planers, or any other rotating equipment)
