To complement our rotating equipment repair services, Allen’s has our own machine shop. We have the ability to repair or rebuild damaged parts back to OEM specifications. We also have technical support to reverse engineer and rebuild parts that are damaged beyond repair.
We have 9 manual lathes of various sizes, including one with a 72” swing. We also have a horizontal boring mill with a 10’ x 5’ table to bore out shafts. With the experience and equipment we have in our machine shop, we keep virtually the entire repair process in-house. This allows us to be immediately responsive in emergency repairs and ensure quality of each component.
